For one of our Clients we are looking for:


IT Technical Support with French/German/Italian

Location: Warsaw (fully remote)


Your responsibilities

· Work in the office in Warsaw or remotely from home as a core part of our EMEA Level 2 remote technical support team

· Be assigned case and support users and resolve cases whilst adhering to procedures and service level agreements.

· Provide customer experience standards to our employees and customers,

· Be involved in various projects and EMEA rollouts as needed.


Our requirements

· At least 2 years’ experience in a customer facing technical support role or deskside support

· Very good command of English along with fluent French and/or German; Polish is not required

· Diploma or Degree in an IT discipline is nice to have but we are more interested in someone who has proven day to day technical support capability

· Familiarity with general IT concepts and desktop hardware, such as monitors, desk phones, printers etc. an advantage

· Familiarity with general business terms and processes & any previous experience working in a corporate office environment,

· Previous experience with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow
