The trainings are addressed to full-time and part-time students of the 1st and 2nd degree studies in the fields of "Tourism and Recreation" and “Dietetics”, who are not on the 1st and 2nd semester of bachelor studies. The trainings are conducted as part of the project „Tourism Education of the Future - A comprehensive program to improve the teaching process management quality and teaching quality at the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management”

Ścieżka „Team leader” składa się z:

1. Szkolenie certyfikowane „Team Skills and Leadership (Kierowanie zespołem i przywództwo)”

Podczas szkolenia nauczysz się:

Kierowania pracą zespołu poprzez:

• definiowanie ról w zespole
• identyfikację wartości i zachowań menedżera
• rozpoznanie własnego stylu zarządzania, który sprzyja wzrostowi efektywności poszczególnych osób i zespołów
• organizację pracy własnej i zespołu

Jak zwiększyć wydajność pracy zespołu poprzez:

• badanie wpływu stylu przywództwa na wydajność zespołu na podstawie case study
• określanie znaczenia wydajności zespołu
• w osiąganiu celów organizacyjnych
• rozpoznawanie i usuwanie słabych wyników
• zastosowanie technik motywacyjnych w celu zwiększenia wydajności zespołu i wydajności indywidualnej
• rozwiązywanie sytuacji konfliktowych

2. Warsztat „Trening kreatywnego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów”

Podczas warsztatu nauczysz się:

• rozwijać umiejętności skutecznego identyfikowania problemów w miejscu pracy
• metod generowania odpowiednich rozwiązań
• technik delegowania działań w ramach danych rozwiązań
• metod oceny rozwiązań oraz monitorowania ich wdrażania

The "Team Leader" path consists of:

1. Certified training „Team Skills and Leadership (Managing a Team and Leadership)”

During this training you will learn about:

Team management through:

• defining roles in a team
• identification of manager values and behaviors
• recognizing your own style of management to increase
• the efficiency of individual people and teams
• organization of your own work and the work of the team

How to increase teamwork efficiency by:

• analysis of the influence of the leadership style on
• the team’s performance based on case study
• defining the importance of team performance
• in achieving organizational goals
• recognizing and eliminating poor results
• application of incentive techniques to increase
• team and individual performance
• resolving conflicts

2. Workshop „Creative Thinking and Problem Solving Training”

During this workshop you will learn about:

• how to effectively identify problems in the workplace
• methods of generating appropriate solutions
• techniques of delegating activities within given solutions
• methods for assessing solutions
• and monitoring their implementation
