We are looking for a team member to work on an exciting research collaboration with a renowned university research partner to build the next generation of forecasting and pricing algorithms for hotels.  

Customer Support Specialist

Location: Warsaw

Goal:

Building customer satisfaction and trust in relations with YieldPlanet.

Role:

Support hoteliers using YieldPlanet.com services in their daily work.

Tasks:

• Support phone, e-mail, web-forms, and system inquiries
• Contact with English and Polish-speaking clients in support matters
• Respond to questions and solve customer problems
• Prepare difficult cases for escalation to 2nd and 3rd line support
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Support customers during implementation process & provide trainings on the system

Requirements:

• Fluent Polish and English in speech and writing
• French or German would be an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Ability to learn fast and immediate application of the acquired knowledge
• Analytical thinking skills
• Empathy
• Good manners
