We're looking for a motivated person to join our team. Preferably an all-rounder, since you'll be
involved in everything from support, quality management, sales, marketing and the like.
Who are we and what is our start-up doing?

Procurence is a dynamic, young company specialising in strategic and tactical tools for co-operation
across company boundaries in the Supply Chain. We focus on Supplier Management, Quality
Management, Supply Chain Risk, Compliance and Cross-Organisational Project Resource
Management.

Who are we looking for?
A motivated, results oriented person who knows how to tackle problems.


Requirements:
• Proficiency (C1+) in English; all of our clients are foreign corporations and they all speak with
their own national accents
• The ability to quickly grasp how to use our products and be able to explain it to others
• Computer use proficiency -sorry, we don’t have time to teach you how to use Word or Excel;
if you haven’t mastered them on your own, you are unlikely to have the skills to be able to
help us
• You’re not afraid to work and take responsibilities; if you don’t do stuff, nobody else will, we
are a lean company

Nice-to-haves:
• German
• Experience in Procurement/Quality Management
• Any experience in the corporate world is a plus


Responsibilities:
• supporting our customers – solving their problems and interfacing with the developer team
to pass on any issues
• joining the team effort of testing new releases of the software and updating the help – our
software grows by about 2000 new features every year
• later on – if you are up to the job - you will do live, on-line training seminars with clients or
potential clients as well as trainings on client premises
• whatever else you’re up for!

• We offer 4.000 – 7.000 zł gross/month, depending on your experience
