The Competence Development Programme has been developed by eminent experts from the HR world and the best Polish professionals on competence management. It consists of three stages. In the first one, student's competences are examined, in the second stage, they are thoroughly analysed together with a counsellor, in the third one the student's career development plan is elaborated. The whole programme lasts from 2 to 5 hours depending on student's needs and at a convenient time. Additionally, during the programme, our experts also teach entrepreneurship, building an ideal CV and prepare participants for an interview.

The project implemented by the Careers Office of the Vistula Group of Schools is co-financed by the European Union under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development (Measure 3.1, Competences in higher education). Research and consultancy will be conducted in two languages ​​- Polish and English. Further programmes will also offer support to students of the Main School of Tourism and Recreation and students of younger years.
