The trainings are addressed to full-time and part-time students of the 1st and 2nd degree studies who are not on the 1st and 2nd semester of bachelor studies. The trainings are conducted as part of the project „Integrated Vistula of the Future”.

Ramowy program szkolenia

Szkolenie obejmuje:

- ogólne podejście do zarządzania projektami,

- podział metodyk, omówienie metodyki MSF (Microsoft Solution Framework),

- omówienie metodyki PMI (Project Management Institute), omówienie metodyki Prince2,

- omówienie metodyki Scrum, omówienie Metodyki ITIL,

- omówienie innych metodyk,

- wskazanie cech głównych dla wybranych metodyk.

Ramowe efekty kształcenia

Uczestnik:

- pozna różnorodne metodyki, zdobędzie umiejętności swobodnego poruszania się w ramach omawianego materiału,

- zdobędzie umiejętności zastosowania wiedzy w praktyce.
